I have always had a very active imagination. Since childhood I’ve always found comfort in creative expression. Whether it was fulfilling a personal goal to doodle on every paper I was given in class or directing my friends in short video skits, I’ve always had the urge to create and tell stories. This need to create is what eventually led me to pursue a career in video content creation.

I started producing videos professionally in high school. I was fortunate to be in a program through my school called CAPS which helped prepare students for their desired careers. Through this program I began my journey as a videographer and acquired free lance work and an internship with a local company. This early work allowed me to pursue my passion at the University of Kansas where I got my bachelor’s in Film and Media studies.

While at KU I was lucky enough to be hired on the University of Kansas marketing team where I was able to apply what I learned in my studies directly for the University. I graduated in 2020 with my degree and have worked as a videographer ever since. Since college I have utilized my creative skills in many areas of digital marketing. From running Youtube channels, to creating ad campaigns as a graphic designer, to producing content for events at the Kaufman Theater and around Kansas City, I have gained a lot of valuable experience as a creative professional.

My love of art, imagery, and story telling is what drives me today. Artistic creation has always been a fundamental part of who I am and I try to bring a bit of myself to every project I work on.
